These terms govern your use of texpath.com, operated by Texas Pathology Group, LLC (“TPG,” “we”). By using the site you accept them. The PathReport application has its own terms.
The content here describes our practice and services. It is informational, is not medical advice, and does not create a physician–patient relationship. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Questions about your own results belong with the physician who ordered your test — they know your history and are the right person to explain what a diagnosis means for you.
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, probe or test vulnerabilities without written permission, or harvest content or personal information by automated means.
The contact form and our public email are not secure channels for medical information. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, images or records through them. Call us instead, or ask your physician’s office to contact us directly.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect the information you submit through the site, including the contact form. By using the site, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
The site’s content, design and marks — including the Texas Pathology Group name, the five-ring star, and PathReport — belong to TPG. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission.
Links to other sites, including payment and resource portals, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them alters our obligations to patients under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Tarrant County, Texas.
We may revise these terms by posting the revised version here with a new effective date; continued use of the site is acceptance. Questions: Andrew Homer, Head of Operations and General Counsel · 817.293.4304 · andrew.homer@texpath.com.
