Privacy policy

Texas Pathology Group, LLCEffective August 1, 2026

Texas Pathology Group, LLC (“TPG,” “we,” “us”) operates texpath.com. This policy describes the information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website only.

What this policy does not cover

Medical information is protected differently and more strongly. If you are a patient, information about your care — including your specimens, diagnoses and billing records — is protected health information governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy. The PathReport application has its own privacy policy, provided in the application at www.pathreport.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form, email us, or inquire about careers, we receive what you send — typically your name, email address, organization, phone number and message.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. We use these to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiles or marketing cookies, and the site works without them.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange the services you ask about.
  • To consider employment interest you send us.
  • To operate, maintain and secure the website.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers who host the website and our email under obligations of confidentiality; when the law requires it; and, if our practice is ever reorganized or transferred, with a successor bound by this policy.

Retention and security

We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet legal and professional obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold from your website inquiries, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to andrew.homer@texpath.com. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we will honor verified requests to the extent the law applies. Requests concerning medical records are handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices instead.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we do not operate, including payment and resource portals. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Questions and requests: Andrew Homer, Head of Operations and General Counsel, Texas Pathology Group, LLC, 11838 Medpark Drive, Suite 103, Burleson, TX 76028 · 817.293.4304 · andrew.homer@texpath.com.
